Outlying Camps
This chart shows the various “camps” used by Scouts in Philadelphia Council during the 1930s-1940s. The term “camp” was used quite loosely and could be made up as little as a tent and space for activities. These were not like the summer camps today but were most likely used for a weekend camping event with a patrol or troop. Many of these spots no longer exist and are now offices, parking lots, buildings, or whatever else modern society built over them.
